The Challenge

B3 wanted to shine a brighter light on all the expertise living inside the company. They saw a clear opportunity: take the insights their consultants were already sharing with clients and turn them into marketing content that would reach a broader audience.
 
To do it right, they were looking for a partner who could help with interviewing subject matter experts, shaping stories, and tailoring messages to the right channels and personas.
 
Time was also a factor. With busy consultants and a fast-moving business, the marketing team needed a content process that respected everyone’s schedules while still delivering quality.
 
They weren’t looking for traditional outsourcing. They were looking to amplify by bringing in a team who could help turn raw knowledge into polished, platform-ready content.

From the start, this was a partnership. B3 came to us with a clear idea: highlight their Microsoft Azure managed services in a way that felt helpful, not salesy. We worked together, following Brightvision structured process, to shape that idea into a smart, practical eBook that would resonate with IT decision-makers.

1. Workshop

Brightvision and B3 held a focused workshop to define the content needs. B3 aimed to promote their managed Microsoft Azure services and drive conversations about cloud optimization. The session resulted in a detailed brief covering scope, timeline, buyer personas, content concept, and key messaging. An e-book was chosen as the optimal format.

2. Interview

To craft a strong narrative around cloud-based environments, Brightvision facilitated an interview between a B3 cloud expert and a copywriter, with B3’s marketing team providing context. While Brightvision are not IT specialists, their strength lies in extracting expert insights to build accurate and engaging content.

3. First draft and feedback

Based on the brief and interview, Brightvision created the first draft. B3 provided feedback on the narrative, tone, and any missing elements—ensuring the content aligned with their expertise and goals.

4. Second draft and refinement

Brightvision revised the content, incorporating B3’s second round feedback on language, terminology, examples, and formatting details—refining both substance and style.

5. Final text and design draft

With the text approved, Brightvision designed the e-book according to B3’s brand guidelines, balancing creativity with consistency. The design draft was then shared for final review.

6. Delivery and completion

Following minor visual tweaks, the final e-book was delivered—ready for use in B3’s marketing efforts.

The Results

The content partnership yielded a high-quality e-book that effectively positioned B3 as a knowledgeable IT partner with clear expertise in cloud-based business operations. The asset successfully served dual purposes—educating existing customers while engaging prospective clients.

The e-book on cloud innovation was an initial example of how expert insights could be turned into valuable content. Since then, the collaboration has continued with the production of several additional e-books created by Brightvision’s creative team, covering topics such as agile methodology and data-driven culture.
